What CloseVector Can Access

After deployment, CloseVector has no remote access to your system. The hardware is air-gapped and physically located in your office. Your firm controls all access. CloseVector cannot access your documents, queries, audit logs, or any data on the deployed system without your physical consent and presence.

How Updates Are Delivered

Software updates are delivered via data diode — a physical one-way channel — or by manual air-gapped delivery. Updates flow in. Nothing flows out. CloseVector does not connect to your system remotely to deliver updates.

What Happens to Your Documents

Your documents are indexed and stored entirely on hardware in your office. CloseVector does not copy, transmit, or retain your documents at any point during deployment or operation. The engineer signs an NDA before any engagement begins.
